Coaching for Neurodivergent Adults

Compassionate support for ADHD, Autism, OCD and more

Who This Is For

These sessions are for adults who:

  • Live with ADHD, autism, OCD or other forms of neurodivergence (diagnosed or self-identified)
  • Struggle with routines, self-care, eating, life balance or energy balance
  • Want strategies that feel realistic and sustainable with gentle accountability
  • Are seeking support without judgment from someone who is also neurodivergent

Why We Need A Different Approach to Wellness

Many traditional wellness programs don’t address the unique needs neurodivergent adults face, which is why habits that work for others may feel frustrating or unmanageable. Here are some of those unique needs:

  • Risk of autistic burnout and burnout in general
  • Adversity to change in general and to our schedules and routines
  • Picky eating due to sensory sensitivity and/or GI issues
  • Sleep issues
  • Sensory sensitivities
  • Increased risk of other conditions and illnesses
    • Note: I am not a medical doctor and cannot diagnose or treat illness. What I can do is help implement healthier habits related to them while the client is under the care of a medical provider.

How Coaching Helps

Together we’ll focus on:

  • Creating routines that fit your life (not the other way around)
  • Building self-compassion and reducing burnout
  • Making eating, sleep and movement more manageable
  • Tools for focus, organization and time management
  • Space to reflect, breathe and find clarity

What a Session Looks Like

  • 30-minute one-on-one session (Phone-based or Zoom)
  • You bring what feels most pressing
  • We collaborate on 1–2 simple, doable next steps
  • Follow-up support options available if needed

My Approach

  • Collaborative and client-centered: we design strategies together
  • Neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed
  • Grounded in science, mindfulness and lived experience
