Weekly extended (45-60 minutes) coaching sessions to provide support and accountability for lasting change


15 minute Spot Coaching for: Accountability Check Ins, β€œSOS” calls for high-stress days or grocery store support and advice (limit 4 per month)


Access to resources (i.e. worksheets) and educational materials

Unlimited access to Deep Health Coaching Courses including: “Ten to Zen”, “Breathe Away Burnout” and “Savor & Nourish”

– Experienced coaching clients or highly motivated folks who travel frequently and want access to support on the go
– Clients already working with another provider (i.e. a therapist or other practitioner) who wants coaching layered in

Concierge Coaching does not include standing weekly appointments.
Clients initiate sessions as needed. This model is similar to medical concierge practicesβ€”where you retain access to a trusted provider without scheduled visits.
Think of it as having your coach in your corner, ready when you are.

A cozy, members-only space where you can regroup, reset, and move forward.
Client or not, anyone can join.

Financing and Insurance

Some private insurance providers may offer reimbursement for health coaching. Call your provider for benefits.

Additionally, clients can often use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to pay for health coaching services, provided they have a letter of medical necessity from a healthcare provider.
